Sunday Mail Newspaper

Post by bluebell » Tue Jun 26, 2007 9:57 pm

Hello all I have not been online for a while as I have been extremely busy arranging my daughters forthcoming wedding In Glasgow, So I feel a bit cheeky asking for your help, but here goes, can anyone recall seeing an item in the Sunday Mail, possibly a few months ago about unsolved murders in Edinburgh, I would be grateful for a date of publication as I would like to obtain a copy as there is references within this item to an individual in my family tree, not the murderer I might add thank goodness, if anyone can help, It would be very much appreciated

Hi Bluebell:

You can search the Sunday Mail at http://www.sundaymail.co.uk/ It doesn't say if it includes all articles, or for how far back it goes, but one came up for 2006.

There may also be a full service available through your local library's website at no cost , if you have a card.

The Sunday Mail and the Daily Record used to have a comprehensive library of newspaper clippings and old copies of their papers. You could try contacting them for a copy of the article in question.
