Post by frances » Tue Jul 17, 2007 12:01 pm

The Corstorphine Heritage Centre is open on Wednesday & Saturday mornings from 10.00-12.00 throughout the year.

Anyone searching for family in the village of Corstorphine would be most welcome come and look at our archives.

We currently hold the OPR for Corstorphine, 1841-1891 census, Kirk Session Records, Estate Papers, Old Maps, Photographs, documents etc.

The Heritage Centre is situated in the grounds of St Margaret's Park, High Street, Corstorphine, Edinburgh EH12 7SX. We also have a web site
www.corstorphine-trust.ukgo.com .

There is a small well stocked museum and a coffee shop.

Hi Frances
Looks great - and coffee too! What more could one ask??
...Wish I had some ancestors in that area!

Best wishes
