Historical Directory to Glasgow Presbytery

Post by apanderson » Tue Aug 14, 2007 5:27 pm

Brief historical notes regarding congregations and their buildings within the Presbytery of Glasgow.

A handy wee link which tells you which churches amalgamated with others - and when, including some Ministers.

hi Anne
What a useful find! I'm sure this will be a help to many members trying to locate those Glasgow churches appearing in their family records.

Best wishes

Hi Anne - what a helpful find, particularly when it gives the names of the Ministers. Very useful in working out marriage certificates!
