Thanks to the kindness of a local camera club and of one of its members, I do now have a good photo of the Hunter family memorial tablet in the kirkyard at Ayr. Just in time. The inscription looks to be rapidly disappearing.

My thanks to all the interested parties on TallkingScot.com, too.

Look for the book next December.
