SBC of ?

Post by speleobat2 » Mon Jun 07, 2010 12:03 pm

Hi all,

I was just checking the online Aberdeen burial records for St. Clement's cemetery and found a listing for Ririe, Mr. (SBC of). Anyone know what the abbreviation stands for? There are no Riries in the St. Clement's MI booklet so I couldn't cross reference it.

In these days of large families, would not Sixth Born and Seventh Born be so normal as to render SBC unusable as a standard abbreviation for Second Born?
