Is there anywhere I can find out where ancestors are buried? They are mainly from Kilconquhar and nearby villages in Fife. I am hoping to spend a few days in the area next year.

Thank you for your answer, sorry it's taken me a while to respond - not been well so not at work, which meant not having internet connection!
No not relatively recent, I'm afraid - I'm looking for Bissetts in Carnbee from about 1742, then in Kilconquhar from about 1838. Also wondering if Corncere Cot House is still standing in Kilconquhar, the only address I have so far.
Thank you for your help, i feel sure there will be graves to find, maybe even churches will have some old records for me to browse.

Fifeshire MIs lists a Mary Greig, d. 7.12.1849, wife of Archibald Bissett at Carnbee.
David Bissett 8.9.1852 aged 93 w. Janet Archibald 26.12.1853 aged 82 son David 1.5. 1853 aged 57, (w. Cecilia Scot 5.2.1877 aged 88 who is buried at Musselburgh by son Robert)
Alex Pearson in Barnland w. Christina Kennedy 27.10.1829 aged 72....Alex P 9.2.1840 aged 53; Alex P builder ;Christian Pearson 14.9.1827 aged 5 2nd dau. of above Alex Pearson & Margaret Bissett
- both of the above are at Kilconquhar.
Fife death index seems to have no Bissetts at Carnbee, but the following for Kilconquhar:
Magdalen BISSETT, Kilconquhar, Colinsburgh, d. 24 Feb 1829 aged 80 (OPR)
Isobel BISSETT Kilconquhar, Barnyards d.16 Dec 1830 aged 94 (OPR)
Jean BISSETT Kilconquhar d. 3 Dec 1834 aged 85 (OPR)
Catharine BISSETT Kilconquhar,Colinsburgh d. 17 Nov 1835 aged 19 (OPR)
George BISSETT Kilconquhar,Largoward, d. 17 Apr 1839 aged 9 (OPR)
Robert BISSETT, Kilconquhar,Barnyards d. 26 Aug 1842 aged 24 (OPR)
Mrs BISSETT Kilconquhar,Colinsburgh, 1843 aged 52 (OPR)
Given the sources of the Fife Death index information for Bissett, looks like it might be worth having a look at the OPR film - OPR 436/4, though it may give no more info than is here.
