Grange cemetery - Keith Banffshire
Hi - I have a lair number for my relative in the Grange Cemetery in Keith. I am hoping to visit over the New year from Australia. I am seeking a lair plot plan so I can find it when I get there. Does the cemetery have a plan that the public can view? Perhaps an email/web contact will greatly asssit.
Kind Regards
Martyn

Hi Martyn
Welcome to TS
The one place that springs to mind immediately is http://www.anesfhs.org.uk/ maybe you could contact them. Or, the actual plans i have of cemeteries with the plots marked out came from the local council. You could also try http://www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/librari ... tudies.asp
Good luck

Hi Martyn,
Welcome to TS from me too
An excellent place to try would be http://libindx.moray.gov.uk/mainmenu.asp
Go to People Search and put in your relative's name...if you get a result then you can email the wonderful team there who will photocopy anything relevant for a very small fee (not sookin' up or anything but I can't praise them enough for the help that I've received
) The email address is heritage@moray.gov.uk as the online quote doesn't seem to be working at the moment.
I was able to get part of the plan for Dufftown cemetery so that I could find my relative's gravestone.
Best Wishes and good luck
Elaine
