Hi Roy,
Yes, my printer is a Lexmark X5260. Will be interested to hear what Lexmark have to say.

Hi Rae
I sent in a query to their techie department and got no reply apart from an automated reply which said I would have an answer in 2 working days. After nothing for 12 days I sent an email to the customer services department and got a reply from a nice lady apologizing and saying she would get the techie department to phone me last week.
I got no phone call last week and as I am disabled and rarely go out I don't think I've missed it so another email will be sent this weekend.
That's the state of play at the moment. :(
Aw the best and happy huntin'
Roy.

Hi,
I had the same problem on the 14th February and thought it was just my Printer but it was only the one OPR, others lifted around the same time are fine.
I wonder if it is something to do with the source it came from I .E. a hard to copy Book!
Mine was from 1787 in Ayrshire.

Cheers.
Maureen

Thanks, Roy. I can see that this may be a long tale! Good luck.
I haven't tried to print any since as it uses up all the black ink.
Never mind, at least they are o.k. when I print from saved copies and I am having a field day!
