Thanks for the info.

I suppose that it all depends on levels of literacy, memory and luck, not to mention retention of accurate information.

My sister's Mother-in-Law did all her research from North Dakota, without the Web, I may add. I believe that she started in the early 1970's. As she passed away a few years ago, she was at it at least 25 years. If she were still alive, I would be asking her for tips.
