Have you tried looking on your taskbar?

I have found sometimes that the search page window minimises itself and the batch number window stays on top giving the impression you are not getting access.

the problem is resolved for some reason Pop-up's had it blocked
on this the main system .

Thankyou to all who tried to help me now i'm off to explore that names on the list that Pinkshoes kindly got.
