Hmmm.....On which record did you find them (James and Cathren) named as parents of a James?

Have to admit the location is not good for the DC I found and JJeanie followed up on......but there is no DC recorded for any other *ath* McK*n Noble after 1855.

So I guess now try and trace foward the Katherine you've found...and also try and figure out if those people in the Cambuslang household of 1881 will fit into the family somehow :roll:
