Anne - she's made an excellent recovery but isn't allowed to drive any more so can't get to her local LDS centre. I think frustation is starting to set
in so being able to look up the indices on line & then have someone to go & look at the actual certificates is a help.

Well...no telephone call or email with an explanation as to why the neighbour search is no longer on Ancestry. My subscription ran out today, and true to their word, they didn't automatically renew it.My subscription renews April 18th, so do let me know what they say!

Reply at last from Ancestry regarding my query about the missing "Neighbour Search".
I wrote to them on the 4th April as i thought that the more folk that complained, the better!

So here's hoping "shortly" means very soon...and not weeks or months.
Time will tell.
And they could assist me by correcting all their ludicrous transcriptions for a start.
But perhaps i'd better leave that complaint for when they're less busy....
