Has anyone sent to Kew for records from the Catalogue. I did a search and sent for an army record. I got an email saying they couldn't find it. Surely if the record was in their index it would be there. I was wondering if it was too small an order? Any comments?

I don't think there is such a thing as too small an order. Correct me if I am wrong like. surely if it was a small item they would tell you.
I have previously ordered extracts from War Diaries and I have been successful all the time. It might be best to ask them why it is in the index and why they can't find it.
