Universal Digital Library

Post by Bob C » Wed Nov 28, 2007 1:26 pm

I came across an announcement about the Universal Digital Library http://www.ulib.org/ announcing that its collection of 1.5 million books that are either public domain or the copyright holder has given permission to post have been opened for public viewing or downloading. The formats available are HTML, TIFF or DiVI.

To see the announcement that I read go to:

Hi Bob,
That looks like another wonderful resource. I read the announcement, but the site itself is quite slow -- perhaps too many people are trying to do so just now!
All the best,
Sarah
