I am trying to find a source of Gretna Green marriage records for 1748.
Is there anywhere where this is available?

Our TalkingScot Library has a link regarding the sources for runaway marriages including Gretna Green.

The Parliamentary Act 1754 spurred Gretna's popularity, but I can not see a listing in the link to records for the time frame you mention. Perhaps someone with more knowledge will be along soon to expand on what is already on the board.
