Hello
I hope some some kind person can maybe help me locate Robert Welsh
Born abt 1874 he married a Veronica Hay 1808 in Hutton Berwick i would love to have any information on there parents if possible i tried to find there deaths but to no avail. Hope you can help

Hi Jean,
So far I haven't been able to track the birth of your Robert or Veronica but I have found them in the 1841 census on Ancestry free search: Hutton:
Robert Welsh, 57yrs;
Veronica, 56 yrs;
Georgina, 15yrs;
John Kerr, 8yrs.
This will only show if they were born in the county/country.
Georgina's siblings were not there.

1851 Census [S.P's free search] - Hutton:
Veronica, 65yrs, with Georgina, 24yrs. Possibly you will have this already. If you have, does it say where she was born? Robert doesn't seem to be there though.
Perhaps someone will have the M.I's for Hutton. I have the Eastern Parishes which doesn't include Hutton.

I assume from the census record found for you already, that Robert had died by the 1861 census, but checked the deaths register anyway, but he wasn't listed under either spelling.

marry a John Kerr 1832 could this be the John on here .If i go into SP
i now show be able to find Roberts birth that would help as it would give
me his parents .

I was just looking at the dates have 1775 should it be 1784 in 1841 it says he was 57 or do they have the wrong dates also looking at Georgina
she was born 1825 in Hutton .
