Hi Frances,
I thought that might be the case. Too bad that it is limited to the US records, but the WWI registration cards have a lot of information and they were for all males, citzens or not. Both of my grandfathers and a couple of great uncles had to register and I was able to find out addresses and, more importantly, names of the great uncles' wives, from these cards!
Every little bit of info helps!
