Hi folks....have been in outer space I think L.O.L Just " arrived back " to find I should be able to find a new piece to my brick wall by researching an ancestor's background. HOWEVER NO SUCCESS. I'm pretty sure he would have died before 1957 'cos by that time I would have been involved in his death/ funeral by that date...I'm pretty sure....but wasn't
for some reason.

Can someone tell me if every year ....new registrations are added ...as they meet the 50 year criteria period after the death of the person????

Do the " Not Permissable " and the " No Image " signs on the names,
dates, and counties of our dead rellies .....left there until the 50 year period has been reached....then taken off? Or are there other reasons why I cannot research my past 'cos I need to know which ' Joe Blogs' ...is my ' Joe Blogs'???? I have not the luxury of having many forefathers with very different/ unusual names. ..and Edinburgh is out of the question these days.

I did have a ' scoot' around the S'sP website but couldn't find the answer

Would appreciate help with this problem.....before my imagination runs riot.

Yes, new records are added but at the beginning of every year as they become eligible to be added, so all deaths for 1958 will be available in early January 2009.
