OPR deaths! Yes!!

Post by ladybird » Sun May 31, 2009 11:21 am

I'm raising a cheer for the "new" OPR deaths :D :D

I've just found the death of my 4x g/grandmother in 1819...under her maiden name! The only other time she is named is on her daughter's death cert in 1856
Can't be too many Spencer Gilchrists around methinks, in fact I was starting to doubt that that was her first name..shame on me!!
I certainly can't find her birth, but at least I now know she was 80 and died "aged"

Me too :D :D
Found my 3xGreat Grandfather in 1839.
Even had the surname spelling variation and he was a shoemaker, which fits in nicely too :D
