I found this site from a lecturer at uni. It has rolls of honour for Scottish Soldiers from the 20th - 21st Century. Most of them are submitted by people.

The very best site in terms of UK, including Scottish and associated "Empire" regiments, including volunteers such as fencibles, yeomanry, rifle volunteers, militia, is www.regiments.org, now correctly described as "an historical encyclopedia" in military terms.

See http://www.regiments.org/regiments/uk/lists/fen1793.htm for entry points to much of the Scottish info.
