I know they were having problems obtaining a suitable copier, but that was months ago.

Has anyone ordered and actually recieved any copies from them?

I placed an order the day the old photocopier went out of action and when I talked to an archivist 2 weeks ago she told me the backlog was immense.

I'll be going in on Saturday and will let you know how it's going.

Kind regards,

Thanks Annette.

I've been racing the dog to the door every morning for long enough - she franks all the mail

I guess the back log will take a while to clear - but if I know it's being dealt with I'll be happy.

Hello Rab,

I think it's about 60p a page these days + postage if you can't collect it.

Kind regards,

It would be great if they could fix the microfilm readers in the family history area - over half of them don't work just now, and it is near impossible to use a laptop with the ones downstairs on the second floor as there is no room on the tables to put them down.
